FRP Bodies
A general purpose high cube dry freight van body, with added space as the primary advantage of the Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood construction. The absence of exterior seams and rivets provides an ideal surface for custom decals and painting. FRP is also very durable and dent resistant.
Basic descriptions
- Front wall and Side walls: 20mm FRP panel white in colour with 300mm gal kick panel.
- Led work light fitted in front or rear corner.
- Rear Doors: Double rear panel doors fitted with seals, 4 hinges and 1 heavy duty large camlock per door fitted with turn signs and door catches.
- 3mm steel chequer plate floor fitted over grade 450 high tensile 75x50x3mm RHS sub frame – cross bearers maximum 450mm apart
- Rear 100mm x 50mm RHS under-run bar with rubber dock • LED lights for all statutory side, front, rear outline marker lights, and licence plate lights • All compulsory mudguards, mudflaps, reflectors and marker plates to suit registration requirements.
Colourbond Bodies
Basic descriptions
- Floor Frame: Heavy duty main runners fitted with 75mm x 50mm RHS cross bearers fitted at 450mm apart.
- Floor sheeting: 3mm to 5mm Checker plate or timber.
- Rear Frame: 75mm x 50mm RHS Fitted with under run bar & step or bump rubbers.
- Frame Work: 25mm x 50mm RHS tube fitted with 4 tie rails, 150mm high bottom kick panel.
- Roof Frame: Fully aluminium structured roof with Aluminium roof bows and a bonded pre-stressed 1 piece aluminium roof skin, keeps body weight to a minimum, giving you more payload.
- Rear Doors: Double rear FRP panel doors fitted with seals, 4 hinges and 1 heavy duty camlock per door fitted with door catches & smash panels.
- Work light fitted in rear corner
